“The most RUDE staff. Called to report they gave me the wrong wings and the staff member kept calling me her grandmother?! Refused to fix the issue caused by their website. Refused to refund or fix the order. Absolutely terrible service! Who calls a customer by a pet name for senior citizens?! Absolutely rude”
